About Developer Emaar Properties

Established in 1997, Emaar Properties is a multinational development company based in the United Arab Emirates. The company operates internationally, across Africa, Asia, Europe, North America and the Middle East, providing property development and management services.

Mohamed Alabbar is the founder and chairman of Emaar Properties. Since 2016, the CEO of Emaar Group is Amit Jain.

The initial owner of Emaar Properties was the Dubai government until the company went public in 2000.
